Description:

1. The raw material is in satin fabric, we cut them and stitch them in braid, inside is with crin which makes the hat very flexible.

2. We stitched the braid to the roughly shape we need according to the mould

3. We blocked the hats to the shape we need. then add the sweatband on. The sweatband is in 3cm of satin fabric with small elastic band which makes the hat size fits most.

4. Trimming is attached either by glue or by handstich to make sure they are stable.
